Summary
We are seeking an Environmental E.I.T. to join our dynamic team at H2E, Inc. This entry-level to mid level position will focus on supporting our engineering projects related to environmental compliance and sustainability. Successful applicant will assist H2E's Director of Environmental Engineering and Compliance in the preparation of Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans, Oil Spill Contingency Plans, Facility Response Plans, Ozone Contingency Plans, Storm Water Management Plans, Title V Permits to Construct and Operate, minor source air permits in multiple states, emissions inventories, Sarah Title III Tier II Reports, as well as Environmental Protection Agency green house gas reports for both onshore oil and gas production facilities and carbon dioxide injection facilities. Assist the Director in the management of compliance programs for EPA NSPS OOOO and OOOOa compliance. Applicant must have an E.I.T certification or the requisite education to gain certification. Applicant must intend to work towards gaining licensure as a P.E Applicant and will preferably have 0 to 4 years experience including experience in the upstream oil and gas sector. Competitive compensation package negotiable DOE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental compliance regulations or an ability to gain this understanding with the assistance of current H2E staff.
- Familiarity with CAD software, air modeling software, GIS tools or other engineering tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
