Join Our Team as a Licensed / Certified Athletic Trainer in Elkview, WV!
H2 Health is seeking a full-time Licensed / Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support the growth of our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy practice and develop relationships to build a quality sports medicine team in Elkview, WV. In this role, you'll assist in developing programs while providing clinical services in collaboration with Physical Therapists and Assistants at our Orthopedic clinic in Elkview, WV.
The ideal candidate will work with high school and collegiate athletic programs, club sports programs, community engagement events, and / or outpatient clinics in our community.

Education : Graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program.
Experience : Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is preferred; however, newly licensed Athletic Trainers will be considered.
What You'll Need :
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of West Virginia
- Current certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Training
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be comfortable serving community events, high school & collegiate sports teams, and H2 Health outpatient clinics
- Must pass required background checks
