- Assist in delivering personalized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Deliver athletic training services to local high school and collegiate athletic teams and community sports programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing injury prevention programs and rehabilitation protocols.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs to maximize outcomes.
- Participate in community engagement events and build strong relationships with local organizations.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the best patient experience and results.Requirements :
- Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and / or Athletic Trainer (ATC) program.
- License / Certification :
- Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in West Virginia.
- Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) in the State of West Virginia.
- Current certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Training (BOC-ATC).
- Experience : New grads are welcome! Outpatient and sports medicine experience is a plus, but passion and dedication to patient care matter most.
