H2O Innovation is seeking a new team member for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Pascagoula team. Our next colleague will hold a full time & permanent position. Your primary duty will involve operating heavy equipment to clean ditches and ensure proper drainage flow.The BenefitsOverall remuneration including :

- Responsible for loading, hauling, and operating different types of equipment as needed;
- Responsible for daily preventative maintenance of equipment operated;
- Create and submit written reports as needed;
- Perform ditch cleaning to maintain optimal hydraulic and drainage flow;
- Operate a variety of equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, and graders;
- Ensure all daily operations adhere to safety protocols and are executed efficiently;
- Request utility line locates and comply with line locate policies;
- Prepare and submit written reports as required.The Skills We Are Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License;
- Minimal 6 months experience in driving with Class A Operators License / Operations of Various Heavy Equipment;
- Experience with pipe-laying in the construction field is advantageous;
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and establishing grade preferred;
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instruction, department rules, policies and regulations;
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public, team members, and supervisors;
- Capable of performing physical tasks in diverse weather conditions.The successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.#O&MPASCAGOULA
