We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and delivery agents, providing exceptional support and assistance. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as primary liaison between customer and delivery agents on all major islands.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel sheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in English with good pronunciation.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
