We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plumbers Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. As a Plumbers Helper, you will assist licensed plumbers in various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Your role will be critical in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Help maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Participate in field service calls, providing support during repairs and installations.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and requirements.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly as directed by lead plumbers.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure plumbing work aligns with overall project goals.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in plumbing work.
• Ability to read schematics and understand technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
