What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Shop®?
We are looking for confident and friendly people to join our team at the Haagen Dazs in Coastland Center mall and Waterside shops location.
As a Team Member, Some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes
- Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments
- Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage
- Prepare and re-stock ingredients
- Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.
- Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
- Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests
- Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu
- Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests
- Follow the correct ice cream scooping method
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform
