We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Ice Cream Server/ Casher. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving our delicious ice cream and assisting customers with their orders.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Prepare and manage ice cream displays and freezers and serve customers.
- Prepare and serve ice cream products according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the team for store performance enhancement.
- Highlighting low-stock items.
