- Be proficient in reading and understanding prints
- Ability to identify and fix defects in the painting process, including bondoing and patching
- Ability to prime and paint all units and parts
- Ability to maintain spray foam and paint guns
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with spray foam and paint guns and come up with a workable solution
- Ability to perform quality checks on all paint jobs
- Other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with a variety of painting techniques and tools
- Experience with paint mixing and matching
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfort with using ladders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of industrial paint experience
- Required to stand and is frequently required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and climb or balance.
- Frequent walking, reaching with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Safely operate large equipment, paint tools, and rigging.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in various positions, such as crouching, kneeling, and lying down
