Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets payer and company standards.
- Participate in supervision and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy and compliance regulations.
- Assess emergency situations and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain a professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach to client care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, in a social services field.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Experience using electronic health records (preferred).
- Comfortable working in a community-based setting.
Salary : $22 - $25
