Summary
Compliance Analyst Salary Range: $27.00 - $41.00/ Hr.

The Compliance analyst will provide day-to-day support to Haass Compliance Officer and trade compliance team. To be successful, the candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, enjoy learning, have the ability to problem solve efficiently, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, sales, development, service, logistics, human resources, and purchasing departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to Haass Compliance Officer and trade compliance team.
- Such support will include recordkeeping, preparation of reports, denied party screening analysis, preparing compliance forms, reviewing import/export data, and other tasks related to Haass compliance functioning.
- Assist with developing compliance training for Haas personnel.
- Support investigations of potential trade violations or allegations and prepare and track voluntary self-disclosures (VSD) for controlled items.
- Speak up and contribute to continuous process improvement for all compliance verticals including anti-corruption, ethics, investigations, sanctions management and cross functional compliance controls.

Education
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
