The Packaging Engineer provides innovative packaging solutions for large machinery and components that are distributed to national and international customers.

- Develop and design solutions for packaging Haas machines and accessories for shipping.
- Follow direction of the management team to ensure proper design protocols and procedures are followed.
- Effectively communicate reasoning behind design decisions.
- Remain up to date on new packaging trends, materials, and technology.
- Create, administer, and implement Engineering Change Requests.
- Maintain a task schedule and hold deadlines.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects.
- Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.
- Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.
