The ABAP Developer position is responsible for the development, support & maintenance of SAP ABAP programs in SAP/ECC. An ABAP Developer will work closely with SAP Functional Analysts in developing the technical design for business requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design, Develop, and maintain programs using SAP ABAP.
Conduct code reviews for development team upholding Haas Development standards.
Work closely with Business Analysts to develop functional specifications.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with the following SAP ABAP Technologies:
ALV reporting
User-Exits, BADIs, Enhancement points
Object Oriented programming using Classes and methods
Debugging and Performance Monitoring Tools
BAPI’s, RFC Functions and Function Groups
SAP Workflow
Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Experience working with several of the following SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, QM, WM, FI, CO.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with SAPscript, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
Experience integrating SAP with external applications/systems using the following technologies:
Integration via external API calls
ALE and iDocs
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Exposure to S/4 HANA development.
Education
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Major
Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Minimum Years of Experience
5 years’ experience required in SAP ABAP development in implementation, configuration, and production support of the system.
Language Skills
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex business, government and technical documents in English. Must have the capability to effectively respond to the most sensitive inquiries and/or complaints made by others. Must be able to write speeches and articles using original and/or innovative styles or techniques. It is imperative to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial and/or complex topics to top management, and/or public groups.
Mathematical Skills
Must have an advanced understanding of mathematical concepts including but not limited to probability, statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, trigonometry, and/or calculus.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions such as mathematical and/or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
