The Tooling Engineer 1 (TE1) has some knowledge of cutting tools, toolholders, workholding, and other machine tool specific industrial supplies. The TE1 sees the world through the lens of a customer, both the shop owner/foreman and the front-line machine operator and provides technical support to clients, whether online, via e-mails, and/or in person.
