What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager- Day Habilitation Program position at Habilitation Assistance Corporation?
Seeking an experienced manager with day program (serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities) experience for our Pocasset location. This position is full-time, salaried with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 hrs/wk).
Successful candidates must have at least six years of relevant health care experience, with three of those years serving in a supervisory role, or have a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, of which at least two of those years have been in a supervisory role. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, familiar with the development of service plans, proficient in the use of computers and iPads, and have strong organizational skills.
Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program such as staff schedules/assignments, overseeing implementation of service plans, monitoring the safety of individuals, communicating regularly with the regional program director, submitting reports, and more.
