Requirements/Responsibilities
Maintenance Specialist / Handyman:
* Maintaining daily fryer schedules
* Maintaining outside grounds
* Maintaining/cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
* Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled
* Maintaining and emptying trash compactor and other trash equipment
* Maintaining/cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units
Maintenance Specialist is generally offered as a part time or full time job.
Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman, appliance repair, handyman or janitorial work is highly desirable.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
