Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator (temporary) to join their team. This role focuses on providing regional support for new and remodel projects across the U.S. The coordinator will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently while embodying Habit Burger & Grill's unique culture. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a high level of accountability.

Salary Range: $22.30 per hour. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a high level of accountability.
Essential Job Functions
- Utilizing strong communication skills to correspond with city personnel, vendors, contractors, franchisees, and internal staff.
- Receive, process and submit invoices for payment. Resolve payment issues with vendors and manage reimbursable funds and allowances, ensuring compliance with Brand standards and approved plans.
- Maintain project databases, manage the construction bid process, handle contracts and documentation, ensuring legal compliance and timely closeouts with General Contractors.
- Oversee project tracking using SmartSheet, permit acquisition, financial tasks, onboarding, vendor issue resolution, and documentation management.
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- Experience in Construction Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Facilities or Development related field.
- 2 years of experience in construction coordination and/or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make project decisions with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
- Familiarity with construction project management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organization
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational skills to track project performance and meet or exceed objectives
- Ability to work independently with minimal support
