Our Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is running at peak performance at all times. Restaurant Assistant Manager is an extremely rewarding opportunity and has a lot of growth potential in our organization. Prior experience as general manager, restaurant assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, supervisor or experience in BOH, FOH and other food service lead roles are highly desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities may include:
* Assumes responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies and procedures.
* Assumes responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his/her own goals.
* Minimum or two years in leadership role in the restaurant industry.
* Must posses detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
* Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training and customer service.
* Bilingual English – Spanish is very helpful
* Must be able to stand for 10 hours
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds
* Available to work 50-55 hours per week
* Good computer skills
