Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, has an opening for a Administrative Assistant position. This person would be responsible for assisting with administrative duties for Hubbard Place Apartments, a 230 unit multifamily affordable housing community.
Applicants for this position must have proficient computer skills, must demonstrate first-rate customer service skills, and have ability to meet the challenges of a demanding and ever changing work environment. Prior property management experience is preferred. Experience with the Tax Credit program is desired but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior property management experience is strongly preferred
- Yardi Software experience desired
- Computer proficiency required; proficient with the Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent customer services skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required paperwork
