Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager in Clarksburg, Maryland. Tax Credit affordable experience desired. Desired candidates should have "lease up" experience with a motivated, can-do demeanor.
The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional. TCS certifications are a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
- 3 years Tax Credit Experience desired
- Lease up experience is a plus
- TCS or COS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
