Habitat America, a rapidly expanding property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full time Leasing Agent for Landsdowne Gardens, in Baltimore County. Landsdowne Gardens is an affordable apartment community in Halethorpe, MD.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2 years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, recertification of residents and other office duties.
