Position Purpose
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist works as part of the Marketing & Communications team to create digital content for organizational web properties and execute paid search and paid/organic social media campaigns.
Essential Functions
- Execute organic and paid social media tactics for ReStore accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn
- Execute paid search campaigns to support Affiliate and ReStore marketing strategies
- Create and organize content to support organizational website activities and strategies; content to include copy, images and videos
- Strategize and manage website content and experience for ReStore and Julia’s Café & Books
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
- 3-4 years prior experience in digital marketing – social media, email, PPC
- Proficiency using digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Meta, Google Ads, WordPress
- Intermediate photography and photo editing skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and deadline focused
Work Environment
This position requires working primarily indoors in an office setting, as well as driving between locations within service area in all types of weather.
Physical Demands
- Ability work in office environment as needed which requires ability to speak, hear, with the visual and manual dexterity to manage papers, reports, and typing
- Must embody the capacity to maintain the following for several hours at a time: use of company-provided computer, person or company-provided phone, sitting as required
- Ability to communicate in person, over the phone and/or via computer
- Ability to provide personal transportation to and from local events and assignments
- Drive between locations in Charlotte metro area
