Role Summary
The primary duty of the Intake Manager is to be the first contact for receiving communication for our Critical Home Repair Program (CHiRP). This position will review the application to determine if the applicant is eligible. The review may include verification of income, and whether or not the applicant meets the program requirements, requesting credit and title reports. Intake Manager will be responsible for compiling necessary reports and interacting with applicants from initial application through completion of construction. This includes but is not limited to intake of application, conducting home interviews, designing a scope of work, conducting contractor bid process, drafting of documents pertinent to project, tracking progress of construction and maintaining compliance with multiple funding sources. Interact and maintain strong working partnership with other partner organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Social Work or a closely related field, or four years of experience in office management
- Basic understanding of residential construction processes
- Demonstrates strong performance (works well independently)
- Has experience in setting up and maintaining files and being organized
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well with clients and staff
- Bilingual
- Assist outreach efforts to help identify eligible clients and help clients complete applications
- Will assist the program managers in the management of the Critical Home Repair program
- Will assist the program managers in processing and tracking billings
- Fluent with Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google Docs, Dropbox and other data systems.
- Will assist in tracking outcomes and impact
- Other duties as assigned
