What are the responsibilities and job description for the ReStore Associate/ Customer Service Operator position at Habitat for Humanity of Citrus County, Inc.?
Responsible for keeping showroom organized, cleaned and items priced; answer the phones and collect donation pick up data. Will be the first contact for customers and donors. Responsible for taking messages, directing calls as needed and answering questions about the organization. Assist the Donation Scheduler with reports and a variety of administrative tasks. Will fill in for the cashier during lunch breaks and as needed. Position will serve as the back-up cashier for both ReStore locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phones and record donation information in a clear precise format.
- Take messages and direct calls as required.
- Fill in for the cashier for lunch breaks and as needed.
- Back-up cashier.
- Responsible to help keep the showroom clean, neat, and organized.
- Be aware of store polices and volunteer guidelines.
- Complies with HFHCC Policy Manuals.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of ReStore Operations or ReStore Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Experience in similar position, with satisfactory relevant experience.
- Preference is given for experience with a non-profit volunteer-intensive organization.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
