Job Overview:
HabitNu is seeking a Director of Coaching and Customer Success to oversee its staff of lifestyle change coaches and support individual participants enrolled in our health and wellness programs. The ideal individual will have health coaching experience with demonstrated outcomes, and experience managing a diverse team with poise. The ideal candidate should be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to enhance our robust team of professional coaches, with creativity and accountability.
This individual will also moderate our robust discussion forum which hosts past participants after their small-format programming ends. This will ensure that the candidate remains in touch with our active populations, and will share needs and experience with coaching staff and organizational leadership.
This position is a cross-functional role ensuring that participants enrolled in our programs receive first-class service from our coaching staff and will work closely with our Customer Support Team to review support requests ensuring that all are addressed promptly, and appropriately via our coaching staff and/or the HabitNu Customer Support team.
Candidates who have experience with the Diabetes Prevention Program are highly encouraged to apply and will be encouraged to pursue a certification as a Master Trainer Select.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Assist in the hiring of lifestyle coaches
● Manage, and train a team of Lifestyle Coaches
● Host weekly coach staff meetings highlighting coaching techniques, technology, and company updates.
● Conduct one-on-one coach evaluations
● Be the go-to for our coaching staff while representing the HabitNu brand
● Moderate discussion forums
● Handle escalated customer support inquiries
● Oversee continuing education records for coaching staff
Skills and Qualifications
● Managerial and leadership experience
● Demonstrated experience in the coaching field
● Demonstrated knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, and behavioral science, ideally with credentials and certifications in the respective fields.

● Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn quickly
