Job Summary: The primary function of this position will be to intake, manage and communicate marketing projects to all stakeholders. This manager will work directly with product teams, corporate support teams and stores to assess needs, collect all essential information, write copy, pull photos and prepare all projects for design and print, set timelines, communicate the process and track project to completion and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage the project request and management system for HAC marketing, including intake for all departments, stores, product teams, and internal requests.
- Create and maintain an internal marketing project list with key details: title, purpose, audience, owners, approvers, and deadlines.
- Gather necessary project details, prioritize and adjust timing, and deliver content to designers.
- Coordinate with the print shop and stores on creative delivery, signage, shipping, and execution timelines.
- Communicate program details, execution steps, and timelines to stores and stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with HAC Homeland’s brand strategy.
- Provide basic design support and serve as a backup to the HAC Marketing Designer for simple file updates.
- Manage design freelancers, providing detailed project briefs and ensuring quality completion.
- Supply logos and creative guidelines to partners, proofing for brand consistency and correct usage.
- Proof all projects before print, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and quality standards.
- Track departmental spending against the annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Evaluate and oversee donation requests, managing community communications and logistical details.
- Oversee HAC initiatives at community events, including volunteer management and on-site execution.
- Occasional coordination of partnership commitments, coordinating with stores and community events as needed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing at an agency, brand, retail or non-profit environment.
- Experience with project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
- Experience with graphic design, Adobe Suite, and marketing.
