The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $29.00 - $31.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

We offer:
- Training period: comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with a dedicated trainer & 2 weeks of classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.
- 3 days off per week! After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.

This position is part of the North America Field Service Team located in Annapolis, Maryland, or the surrounding area (within a 45-mile circumference) and will be remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
- Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
- Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
- Follow safe work practices according to company policy.
- Execute administrative activities in support of service visits.
- ⚠️ Travel & Regional Support: this role will be based in/between Annapolis Maryland to Dover Delawarea and supports our customers throughout the state of Florida. Additionally, technicians in this position may provide support across the Eastern United States and can be assigned to other locations as needed by the company. Company-paid travel, accommodations, and meals are provided for overnight stays.
- Associates/Technical degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair - Mechanical aptitude / Mechanical orientation is required
- 2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
