We offer:
- Training period: comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.
- 3 days off per week! After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.

This position is part of the North America Field Service Team located in the Jacksonville, FL area and will be remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
- Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
- Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
- Follows safe work practices according to company policy.
- Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.
- ⚠️ 40-60% travel within a Two-Hour radius of Jacksonville, FL. You can expect to have up to 8 nights away each month with company-paid accommodations and meals.
- Associates/Technical degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair - Basic mechanical aptitude is a must
- 3 years of field service experience and/or customer facing roles preferred.
- You have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
