As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth of lab, process equipment, and service sales in support of strategic solutions. This includes working directly with municipal industry customers and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to advance opportunities through the sales process workflow at target accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical customer-facing roles and knowledge of instrumentation and control technologies. You will also be responsible for deploying coaching and training to RSMs and playing the role of domain expert in customer-facing situations. Additionally, you will proactively engage with other departments, such as Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, Training, and Service, to ensure rapid deployment of technical and commercial content to the field.
