Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Collect, sort and collate customer return paperwork;
- Ten key entry of customer returns information into OTC system;
- Creating and updating customer returns header information;
- Maintain high level of accuracy, productivity and efficiency while performing data entry and Smarti systems functions;
- Interpret returns paperwork and computer systems information efficiently and accurately;
- Scan and index return customer paperwork into Smarti system;
- Ensure Smarti scanned paperwork is readable and identifiable;
- Filing of returns paperwork accurately and efficiently;
- Assist the Returns Department as necessary;
- Other duties/special projects as assigned.
Skills Required
- PC Experience.
- 10 Key entry experience required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- Focused attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Excellent proof reading skills.
- Excellent work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
