Key Responsibilities :
Estimating : Prepare accurate cost estimates and value engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
Project Planning : Manage all pre-construction activities, including project scope, schedules, plans, finish selections, estimating, and budgets.
Client Interaction : Serve as the point of contact during the pre-construction phase, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and care.
Collaboration : Work with architects, designers, and internal teams to develop detailed plans that align with Tru Builders' standards.
Compliance : Ensure all plans adhere to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records and provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout the process.
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in Residential construction estimating and pre-construction management.
- Strong understanding of Residential construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience with software tools like BuilderTrend, or other construction management platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years in a pre-construction role or related construction position.
