Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient flow of dishes and utensils during busy periods.
- Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.
- No previous experience is required; we provide on-the-job training!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willing to stand on your feet for long periods
- Must be willing to work in a hot and noisy environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy dish loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow proper sanitation protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
