What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Estimator position at Hacienda Ford?
Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
Ensure that the required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance.
Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs.
Prepare estimates following Insurance partner and company guidelines.
Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
