JOB DESCRIPTION : Clinical Duties
Administer first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick or injured employees.
Dispenses medicines according to symptoms presented, dresses wounds, interprets physician's instruction to employees when needed and performs related tasks.
Attend to employees during clinic consultation.
Interprets Pre
employment Medical examination, assist employees and health providers during Annual Physical examination, review all medical
related examination, and recommends to medical specialist when needed.
Brings accidents and emergency cases to affiliated clinic and / or hospitals for further and thorough treatment.
When deemed necessary, may send home employees not physically fit to perform work.
Performs home visits and / or hospital visits when necessary.
Attest to the veracity of sickness in the sick leave form of employees.
Conducts one on one counselling on health to every employees outlining.
Maintains clinic records of all employees and other confidential files related to health.
Occupational Health Duties
Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies and prepare requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability at all times.
Prepares monthly reports related to the medical administration required by the position.

Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

San Pablo City, Laguna : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
