Prior foodservice experience, especially serving, is helpful but not necessary.
TRAINING WILL TAKE 6-8 SHIFTS BEFORE SERVING TABLES INDEPENDENTLY.
You will be paid $10.00/hr. for the first 30 hours.

- Greet Guests promptly with "Margaritas today?" and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.
- Card Guests under the age of 40.
- Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
- Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.
- Be a Team player
- Make our Guests say "WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
- Deliver Guests' food hot and fresh from the kitchen.
- Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.
- "Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
- Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
- Sidework & Cleaning duties
- Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must provide responsible alcohol service
- Verify identification and age requirements of Guests
- Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Handle Guests' payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
- Able to operate the POS system
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry large trays of food and beverage.
- Pre-Bus tables
- Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks.
