Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 per year (depending on experience benefits package, negotiable)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join a fast-paced and innovative technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, optimize performance, and drive technical excellence. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects, shaping user interactions with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement large-scale enterprise applications and tools.
- Drive technical roadmaps to ensure reliability, scalability, and system performance.
- Automate scalable application deployments and streamline operations.
- Collaborate across teams to design, execute, and optimize mission-critical applications.
- Contribute to proactive monitoring, incident response, and system lifecycle automation.
- Support 24x7 production environments, including on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications and Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in distributed environments.
- Expertise in Java and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, ECS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in Angular, GraphQL, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, RDS, Oracle).
- Familiarity with performance testing, Agile development practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Skilled with monitoring and performance tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
