Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Develop and execute automated test plans, leveraging BDD strategies and tooling.
- Optimize test coverage and enhance system reliability through advanced testing techniques.
- Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Improve processes and implement solutions for increased efficiency and velocity.
- Drive DevOps practices, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, delivering quality solutions with a focus on user experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in Java development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with Agile/DevOps proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
