- Partner with PMM, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams to analyze feedback, address customer concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor “listening posts” and collect usage data to make data-driven decisions to optimize features and drive product growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on the product's progress, milestones, and upcoming features.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
