Role: Sr Manager, Engineering
Location: Boston, MA (On-site)
Salary: $160K-$235K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision:
- Develop and execute a technical strategy aligned with company goals.
- Scale engineering processes and infrastructure to meet business growth.
- Advise senior leadership on technology trends and strategic opportunities.
Leadership & Management:
- Lead engineering teams, ensuring project alignment and cohesive execution.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
- Foster collaboration and spearhead cross-functional initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure SaaS solutions.
- Promote innovative technologies and methodologies.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Align technical capabilities with business goals in partnership with product teams.
- Maintain transparent communication across teams.
Operational Excellence:
- Define and enforce SLAs and reliability metrics.
- Implement efficient systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10 years in software development, including 5 in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in modern languages
- Expertise in Azure/AWS, API design, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven success in leading enterprise SaaS projects and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
