Qualifications:
- RDK firmware, or other device middleware firmware
- Experience working with Customer Premises Equipment – Routers, Cable Modems, Network Extenders
- Network operator back-office systems/tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working directly with customers and senior level management
- Experience within with various stakeholders, which includes translating technical issues into business and/or customer impacts
