Global Technology Organization (GTO), is responsible for developing and managing the platforms that power our customer experiences, as well as the architecture, developer experiences and tools that support them. We are looking for a UI architect to join our development team in the Philadelphia area. Comcast Business is a rapidly growing segment of Comcast and seeking a passionate and experienced UI Architect to lead the development of our next-generation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Architect and design scalable UI solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences
Partner with other architects to define the technical strategy for our website's frontend architecture
Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns
Mentor and guide development teams in implementing UI solutions
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve our tech stack
Drive technical decisions that balance innovation with maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of React experience, including advanced patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
2 years of experience with modern React frameworks, particularly Remix or Next.JS.
Strong understanding of UI architecture principles and design patterns.
Proven track record of building large-scale, component-based applications.
Deep knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills And Experience
Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript features
Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
Node.js development experience
Advanced proficiency in Sitecore development and architecture
