Responsibilities
- Collaborating with research to understand customer needs and impact on satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and industry activities to inform design decisions.
- Generating Creative Ideas by proposing innovative solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Crafting user-centric experiences through the definition of user experience concepts, collaboration with UX Researchers, and meticulous execution of usability testing.
- Utilizing data to establish key metrics, exploring analytics for insights, and iterating research methods based on testing and analysis.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the tech stack, designing for different platforms, and utilizing design software effectively.
- Identifying, analyzing problems, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, and building positive relationships within and across teams.
Qualifications
- Have a deep understanding of customer-centric design principles.
