- Cargo / Sprinter Van: Pay Rate $ - $500.00 - $1500.00 /Week
- Vehicle type needed: Sprinter Van Owner/Operator
- Schedules Available: Monday - Friday starting at 5:00am to 3:00pm. The end time may vary according to the route.
- Weight: Heaviest piece weighs 50 lbs. May have 3-5 of these per day or more
- Box Truck: Pay Rate $ - $1000.00 - $1800.00 /Week
- Vehicle type needed: Box Truck 16' -26 ft
- Schedules Available: Monday - Friday starting at 5:00am to 3:00pm. The end time may vary according to the route.
- Weight: Heaviest piece weighs 50 lbs. May have 3-5 of these per day or more
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a sprinter van to deliver goods to various destinations.
- Ensure the secure and timely transport of cargo, following all safety and traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to coordinate deliveries and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and care.
Qualifications:
- Must own or lease a Cargo Van or Sprinter Van.
- Must live within a 30-40 minute radius of the Houston, TX Terminal.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of navigational devices.
- Experience as a sprinter van driver is preferred.
- Must be over 21.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy packages (Up to 50lbs).
- Must be reliable and punctual.
