We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving continual improvement, optimizing performance, and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Actively engage in outbound lead generation, prospecting, and outreach to build and maintain a personal pipeline of opportunities.
Analyze and monitor SDR performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
Write and refine call scripts, email templates, and other outreach materials to improve SDR success rates.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between inbound lead generation efforts and SDR outreach strategies.
Regularly review and report on team performance, pipeline metrics, and campaign success to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a high-performing SDR or experience as an SDR Manager.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team while maintaining accountability.
Proven ability to work effectively with marketing and sales teams to drive alignment and results.
