The Associate Payroll Systems Analyst is participating in the maintenance / support of payroll systems activities associated with all aspects of payroll and time and attendance processing and systems at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Will work closely with the Payroll Support team, and / or internal operations staff to design new or modify existing payroll information systems to meet changing requirements.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities :

A day in the life of a Junior Payroll Systems Analyst at Hackensack Meridian Health includes :

• Understanding of Payroll Concepts and how to track time.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a team throughout the system development life cycle process.
• Maintains confidentiality of all payroll data by not sharing team members' personal Information unless approved by the Director of Payroll systems or the Payroll VP Operations and keeping all employee information and files restricted to the Payroll staff and approved leaders.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other department tasks as assigned.
• Other duties and / or projects as assigned.
• Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
