About the Job
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide direct care to patients in our Emergency Department. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of New Jersey.
- AHA BLS/CPR certification is required within 60 days of hire.
- BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
- Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
