About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Dimension Course Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Dimension course, working closely with course directors, medical students, and the Community Programs Team.
As a Human Dimension Course Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the course and its associated activities.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the operational elements of the course, supporting the development of student-family assignments, and providing ongoing support to clinical faculty teaching in the course.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, social work, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
