The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN professional. He / she assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care as a team member in order to achieve established outcomes.
This posting is for all current Forest Healthcare Associates, Michelle Gliksman, MD LLC, PCA Overlook Avenue (Rhuematology), and Ridgewood Clifton Foot Ankle Team Members that are either per diem, part time, or full time status.
Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health includes :
- Performs non-interpretable data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic,
psychosocial, and cogn itive status.
