Key Accountabilities
This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targeted objectives in nursing and support services, medical staff/team member/patient satisfaction, medical manpower/business development, and financial performance. You will collaborate with regional leaders and senior stakeholders to foster high-reliability thinking and continuous quality improvement across the organization.
You will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents, including community, employed and independent physicians, team members, and board members. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the hospital remains true to its mission of providing exceptional healthcare experiences.
Qualifications
- MBA or MHA degree from an accredited institution
- 10 years of experience in strategic hospital operations
- 5 years of experience in senior-level leadership
