Responsibilities
- The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for performing, coordinating, and directing nursing care and services in a chronic-care facility for the end-stage renal disease. He/She also extends dialysis knowledge to others through training and coaching and assist in leading clinical initiatives.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing.
2 years’ experience with ICHD patient population care.
Registered Nurse New Jersey License.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required;
Functional proficiency in all computer systems of Mountainside Hospital within 90 days of hire.
Completes training programs approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
Additional certifications (such as CDN or others)
